Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating CNC machines (1-2 years preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Solid work history demonstrating reliability and consistency
- Hard-working attitude and willingness to learn
Skills:
- Operating and monitoring CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Performing quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy
- Setting up tools and equipment for production runs
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
