Workbox Staffing is hiring Soldering Technicians in Troy, MI!
In this role, you will be responsible for soldering components onto circuit boards with precision and attention to detail. If you have experience in soldering and are looking for a great opportunity, apply today!
Qualifications:
• Experience repairing Surface Mount components
• Experience repairing Through Hole components
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 quality standards for repair, certification is a plus.
Skills:
• Repair Circuit board defects based on AOI Results
• Requires precise control of temperature, soldering irons, and tools to create strong and clean solder joints without damaging components or the board.
• Be able to help out with manually assembly of circuit boards if required.
As a Soldering Technician, the main responsibility is to melt solder to attach electronic components (like resistors, capacitors, ICs) to the PCB (printed circuit board). This is often done during the assembly phase of manufacturing or when adding/modifying components. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
