Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to refurbish headlight lenses by operating a palm sander to remove OEM clear coatings, followed by buffing to restore clarity. Candidates with spray painting experience are highly preferred, as we are also looking to train for additional responsibilities in painting and coating.

Key Qualifications

Must be able to handle dirty dusty environments
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills

Spray painting experience is a plus
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
