1st shift - Press Operator, $19 - Fort Wayne

This small manufacturing company specializes in anti-vibration systems that can be found in pumps, generators, motors, fans, etc. In this position, you would be responsible for loading/unloading machines and checking parts for quality while keeping a steady pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting product specification sheets
- Loading metals and rubber into molds
- Sliding large steel molds into hydraulic presses
- Unloading completed parts from molds
- Assist with the finishing of molded parts
- Milling of rubber in preparation for production
- Cutting of rubber to specific weights
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to lift to 100 pounds
