Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater/Packager to prepare, coat, and package metal and other materials to high-quality standards. Ideal candidates have experience in powder coating, surface preparation, and packaging to ensure durable, professional finishes
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Apply powder coatings using spray guns and ensure proper curing.
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects.
- Package coated products securely for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on coating equipment.
- Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Key Qualifications
- 6+ months Powder coating/ Paint line experience
- Knowledge of air less spray and paint systems and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to operate coating equipment and follow safety procedures.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 55lbs (20 lbs consistently)
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Strict adherence to schedules and attendance
