Qualifications
- Must be able to build plastic injection molds
- Capable of laying out details for machining or EDM work
- Must be comfortable working with ejector systems, manifold systems, & venting systems, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic installations
- Responsible for tool construction and adjustments to qualify for producing of parts
- Any other duties as assigned
Skills
- Mold making experience required
- Apprentice program degree or related experience
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
A day in the life at this company for this position consists of showing up and working 6am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri with OT as required. In this position, you’d be mainly responsible for building plastic injection molds from start to finish, complete layout and mold build. This is a great opportunity with a very large company!
