Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Experience working with PLC and control systems.
- Experience doing building maintenance is a plus.
Skills:
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify issues.
- Read and understand work instructions.
For this position, employees will be responsible working on electrical controls, taking care of building maintenance, keeping up with maintenance on pumps and equipment, working with PLC and control systems, and coordinating contractors when needed.
