Job Title: Industrial Welder Fabricator
Location:  Grand Ledge, MI
Pay:  $21-25/hr
Shift: 1st shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Welder Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial welding and fabrication, with excellent skills in reading blueprints and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities for the Industrial Welder Fabricator:

- Accurately select type of welding equipment and consumable rod required to conform to the metal characteristics of the components to be welded

- Correctly determine material setups, welding positions, and the specs involved

- Determine the most appropriate gas and orifice to obtain proper welds and maximum strength

- Routinely practice safety necessary for themselves and all other employees

- Run manufacturing equipment and perform manual operations

- Work effectively in a team environment

Key Qualifications for the Industrial Welder Fabricator:

- Must know how to read blueprints

- Must know welding symbols

- Implement fixes in best practice

- Must wear all proper PPE throughout the duration of shift

Preferred Skills for the Industrial Welder Fabricator:

- 3+ years of experience in industrial welding
