Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources field
- 3+ years of human resources experience, an internship with a robust program may count as 1-year experience
- Strong knowledge of utilizing various HRIS/HRMS systems
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex data
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to get things done timely with a high degree or attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Internet and Email
- Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle preferred)
- Mathematical skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
