Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous foundry experience is recommended
- Previous manufacturing experience is required
- Previous grinding and quality experience is recommended
Preferred Skills:
- Must adhere to all safety and PPE standards at all times
- Must be able to stand in one spot for the entire shift and be comfortable with receptive work
- Must be able to learn and identify what makes a part good/bad
- Overtime must be able to hit the parts quota
- Must be able to work OT as needed
- Must be able to work rotating 12 hour shifts (36 hours one week - 48 hours the next)
