A local Muskegon company is seeking 1st shift General Laborers to assist in the assembly of kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and paddle boats.1st shift is 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays with pay starting at $16.50 per hour.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis is required.
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools is required.
- Must be able to work in a warm environment and be able to do fast-paced work.
- Previous assembly, plastics, thermoforming, and/or extrusion experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Will be doing thermoforming and assembly work.
- Will be using hand and power tools to do assembly work.
- Ability to read work instructions, operational information, and job travelers are required.
- Must be able to cross-train in other areas manufacturing areas as needed.
