Workbox Staffing is hiring a Facility Maintenance for a packaging product manufacturer in Wixom, MI. The Facility Maintenance will be responsible for coordinating and/or perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair work for the facility . Responsibilities:
- Supervise Daily maintenance operations to ensure facility equipment, systems and structures are operating efficiently
- Coordinate and/or perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair work for facility.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, report and documentation for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage
- Report to Production Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Lift approx. 50 lbs. consistently on a daily basis
- Must have a valid drivers license or ID
- Past build, craftsman or carpentry experience a plus
- Arrive in a timely manner daily
- Communicate effectively
- Must have reliable means of transportation daily.
