Preferred Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree or Certification course completion of training in Electrical or
    Electronics.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role in an industrial or
    commercial settings.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on training in Electrical or Electronics
Preferred Skills:
  • Assemble and repair electrical systems and equipment, including but not limited to
    wiring, fixtures, switches, control panels, and circuit breakers.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure
    functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and
    resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide testing of electrical equipment such as motors, generators, voltage regulators,
    capacitors, and switches, applying knowledge of assembly techniques, machine setup,
    and testing procedures for designated area.
  • Demonstrates machine setup and operation, and procedures of assembly, wiring, and
    soldering techniques, using hand tools, and soldering equipment.
  • Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout, wiring,
    and configuration of electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other team members to coordinate
    installations and repairs and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical equipment and
    systems to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in electrical technology and regulations to ensure
    compliance and efficiency in operations.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians and apprentices to develop their
    skills and knowledge in electrical maintenance and repair.
