Customer Engagement Representative - 1st Shift -
Up to $20/hr - Ann Arbor, MI

Responsibilities:
- Engage with consumers, dealers, and manufacturers via phone, email, and live chat to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and address concerns
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in the Freshdesk database for seamless follow-up and ongoing support
- Investigate and resolve product failures on RV products, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
- Provide accurate technical solutions
- Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Meet performance standards for productivity and quality in a metrics-driven environment.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role is required
- Must have an understanding of voltages/basic electrical knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is a plus.
- A healthy sense of humor and desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
- Prior experience in the RV/relevant industry is preferred but not required.
