CSR Dock Clerk , $18.50/hr .  - 1st Shift -   Ladson, SC.

 Do you have amazing customer service skills?  Have you used them in a warehouse setting?  If so, we need YOU to apply TODAY!


Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Responsible for closing orders and sending files to customers
  • Reaching out to carriers daily for estimated time of arrivals on pickups
Skills:
  • Excited to help customers
  • Excellent use Outlook (email), Microsoft Excel and WMS (in-house warehouse management system (very user friendly)
  • Excellent service standards
