A local Norton Shores warehousing facility is looking for Customer Service Associate to join their team on 2nd shift! Hours are 5:00pm-5:30am (Friday-Sunday.) Overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Provides top-notch customer service to internal and external partners
- Provides communication between the customer and team members
- Schedules loads coming in and out of the facility
Preferred Skills:
- Follow all safety standards put in place by company
- Clear communication with carriers, external partners and clients to resolve issues
- Ability to stay on task
- Document and communicate data to management
- Keep accurate stock records
Customer Service Associates will be responsible keeping accurate records, carrying out warehouse inventory, keeping paperwork up-to-date and organized, communicating scheduling, data entry into internal WMS systems and client based system, and other duties as assigned.
