6am start time until complete. 10-13 hour shifts Monday- Friday and weekends when necessary.
Job Summary:
As a general laborer, you will assist in layout and set-up of the precast production. This position will assist with the install of plates, rebar and wire, insulation, lifters, blockouts, etc. Also assist with tying rebar, grinding, buffing and cutting wire
Responsibilities:
-Tying rebar, pouring/vibrating concrete, and working with steel forms .

-Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures
-All other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Key Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-High school diploma or equivalent
-English required; bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Must be able to work in varying weather condiditons
Preferred Skills:
-Ability to lift 50-70lbs
-Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop and work with hands for the entirety of the shift
-Perform physically demanding tasks
