CNC Operators, Up to $25/hr    1st Shift  - Spring Lake

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or
    related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, machining techniques, and tooling.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for operating machinery.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications, blueprints, and job
    routers.
  • Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adjust machine settings as needed.
  • Interpret CNC programs and make necessary adjustments to optimize production.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
  • Document production activities and maintain records of machine settings and
    adjustments.
 
CNC Operator will set up, operate, and maintain our computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC programming, machining techniques, and a commitment to producing quality products within specified deadlines. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
