Carbon Inspector

Responsibilities:
- Inspection: Examine carbon components for defects, inconsistencies, and compliance with engineering specifications.
- Precision Measurement: Use advanced measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Documentation: Accurately record inspection findings and communicate results to the production and quality teams.
- Process Compliance: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Communication: Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure reliability.
- Final Approval: Approve completed carbon components for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in carbon or aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
