Bulk Production Worker, $16.00/hour - Spring Lake
A growing company specializing in the manufacturing and development of high-performance adhesives, sealants, and coatings is seeking Bulk Production Workers to join their dynamic team! This is a 2nd shift position from 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday-Friday.) with some overtime required.
Skills:
- Will follow customer-specific batch & work orders.
- Responsible for producing and mixing sealant, adhesives, and coatings.
- Will measure out raw materials for batches according to a specific formula.
- Assisting with filling tubes, containers, and drums with products.
- Responsible for packing and prepping the products for shipment.
- Responsible for ensuring that workstations are properly cleaned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to do repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required.
- GED or High School diploma is required.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Must have excellent math skills (measurement, decimals, fraction/conversions.)
- Previous forklift experience is highly preferred.
