Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- State licensure
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and behavioral therapy methods
- Familiarity with special education processes and strategies is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Conduct patient assessments and ongoing progress evaluations
- Provide training and guidance to staff, caregivers, and families on behavioral therapy strategies
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with medical and legal standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in behavioral therapy
- Oversee the use of evidence-based intervention techniques
