Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Batch Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our batch plant, maintaining quality control, and optimizing production.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the quality control team to inspect each batch of product
- Prepare the plant for daily operation
- Operate plant computer systems
- Order and maintain inventory of plant parts
- Maintain maximum production
- Translate orders to control mix design
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand on feet for shift
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
- General knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Comfortable working with hand tools
- Good communication skills
