Arrow Board Technician - 1st Shift - $18/hr - Canton, MI

Responsibilities:
- Lift and install heavy batteries (up to 60 lbs)
- Read and understand basic wiring schematics
- Use hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance
- Change tires and perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Perform fabrication work, including MIG welding when necessary
- Operate and maintain fleet vehicles and trailers
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of arrow boards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications/Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and schematics
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Experience with vehicle maintenance and repairs is a plus
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a dependable work ethic
As an arrow board technician, this role will involve servicing trailers, maintaining fleet vehicles, and ensuring the proper operation of arrow board equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform physical labor.
