Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors with inquiries and services.
- Answer phone calls and manage emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update tenant records and documentation.
- Schedule maintenance requests and coordinate with the property management team.
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Skills:
- Must have prior leasing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
